Une \u00e9dition tr\u00e8s attendue apr\u00e8s 2 ans d&#8217;absence sign\u00e9e du Mill\u00e9sime des retrouvailles et organis\u00e9e par Johan BRUN, Professeur de Commercialisation.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la journ\u00e9e, les 12 candidats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9preuve devant un jury compos\u00e9 des plus grands professionnels et de Meilleurs Ouvriers de France pour \u00e9valuer leurs comp\u00e9tences dans le domaine de la commercialisation et des services en restauration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a s&#8217;est cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e par un d\u00eener de gala lors duquel les candidats, accompagn\u00e9s de leur commis, ont effectu\u00e9 le service des tables avec annonce et explication des diff\u00e9rents plats et mise en pratique de diff\u00e9rentes techniques, \u00e0 savoir le dressage du tartare, le flambage du dessert et enfin le service de caf\u00e9 press\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Si tous les candidats passionn\u00e9s ont su montrer leur implication et leur ma\u00eetrise du m\u00e9tier, seuls les 3 meilleurs auront l&#8217;honneur d&#8217;\u00eatre r\u00e9compens\u00e9s lors de la
