C\u2019est en tant que partenaires que nous avons pris plaisir \u00e0 assister au d\u00e9roul\u00e9 des \u00e9preuves tout au long de cette journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve \u00e9crite de pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en mars dernier, c\u2019est autour du th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0<strong>La Gastronomie au sommet de l\u2019Ovalie\u00a0<\/strong>\u00bb que les 12 candidats retenus ont d\u00fb d\u00e9montrer au jury, compos\u00e9 de <strong>professionnels de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et de la restauration<\/strong> ainsi que de meilleurs ouvriers de France, leurs comp\u00e9tences et leur implication lors d\u2019une s\u00e9rie d\u2019\u00e9preuves pratiques. Le th\u00e8me choisi ayant pour but de mettre en avant le <strong>respect<\/strong>, le <strong>partage<\/strong> et le <strong>d\u00e9passement de soi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linvosges-hotellerie.com\/fr\/la-table\/\">linge de table<\/a> fourni, confectionn\u00e9 sur mesure dans notre atelier de G\u00e9rardmer, \u00e9tait au c\u0153ur de l\u2019<strong>\u00e9preuve de mise en place<\/strong>. Les nappes et serviettes en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linvosges-hotellerie.com\/fr\/la-table\/linge-de-table-sur-mesure\/coton-linge-de-table\/\">coton<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linvosges-hotellerie.com\/fr\/la-table\/linge-de-table-sur-mesure\/lin-et-metis\/\">lin<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linvosges-hotellerie.com\/fr\/la-table\/linge-de-table-sur-mesure\/polycoton-linge-de-table\/\">polycoton<\/a> propos\u00e9es en diff\u00e9rents coloris ont permis \u00e0 chacun des candidats, accompagn\u00e9s de leur commis, de <strong>dresser une table<\/strong> de 2 ainsi qu\u2019une table de 4.
