Leur d\u00e9fi : sublimer les m\u00e9tiers du service autour d\u2019un th\u00e8me fort et d\u2019actualit\u00e9, <strong>la biodiversit\u00e9 marine<\/strong>, en \u00e9cho \u00e0 la <strong>Conf\u00e9rence des Nations Unies pour les Oc\u00e9ans<\/strong> qui se d\u00e9roule actuellement \u00e0 Nice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le concours a \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 du regard expert et bienveillant de <strong>Yoann Gregory<\/strong>, <strong>Meilleur Ouvrier de France<\/strong> et <strong>Directeur de la Restauration du restaurant FOGO \u00e0 Paris<\/strong>, parrain de cette \u00e9dition.
