Best Breakfast and Brunch Competition in France

France’s Best Breakfast & Brunch competition organized by Tables et Auberges de France was held this Wednesday, November 29 at the Ecole des Métiers de la Table de Paris, chaired by Olivier BELIN, two-starred chef of the Auberge des Glazicks, and attended by, among others Fabien Pelous, international rugby champion and founder of the Club XV brewery.

As partners, we had the chance to taste, with our eyes, the creations of both professional and amateur candidates. From Alsace to Guadeloupe, everyone showcased their region’s produce around the theme of “Seasonal raw or cooked fruit and/or vegetables”.

Congratulations to all participants, and especially to the winners: students from the Maison Familiale Rurale de Balan in the Prix des Ecoles et CFA category, Clothilde SCHELSTRAETE from La Potée d’Oz in the Gastronomie Brunch category, Christa GRASS and Christine FERMIN in the Grand Public category, Fanny Lannoy and Christelle from Grand Hôtel d’Orléans and La Ripaille in the Etablissements hôteliers indépendants category, Antoine Aubry and Damien Diop from Mercure Compans in the Etablissements hôteliers de Chaîne category.
